Refund Policy

All payments for Torii QR are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for this Service. All refund requests are handled by Paddle under Paddle's Refund Policy, which governs refunds for every transaction on this Service.
Refund Window
Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of the original transaction date. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund — all refund decisions are made at Paddle's discretion, subject to any applicable statutory rights (for example, the statutory withdrawal rights available to consumers in the EU, EEA, and United Kingdom).
Refunds will not be issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour. When a refund is issued, access to the Service associated with the refunded transaction will cease.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, use either of the following methods:
- Via Paddle: Submit a request directly through Paddle's customer portal at paddle.com/help.
- Via our support team: Email [email protected] with the subject "Refund Request," and include your registered email address and the reason for your request. We will submit the refund to Paddle on your behalf.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the "Plan & Billing" page in your dashboard, which links to Paddle's customer portal. After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
