Step-by-step instructions for using Torii QR.
Getting started
Click "Start free" and enter your email and password. No credit card required. A confirmation email is sent after registration.
On the dashboard, click "Create QR code". Pick a content type, enter the content, and your QR code is generated immediately.
Use the "Download" button on a QR code to download as PNG or SVG. SVG or high-resolution PNG is recommended for printing.
Place the downloaded QR code on flyers, menus, business cards, or posters and print. Once printed, the QR code never needs to change.
When you need to change the URL or content, just edit it in the dashboard. Your printed materials keep working.
Creating a QR code
After logging in, click "Create QR code" on the dashboard.
Choose from 13 types — URL redirect, digital menu, business info, and more. Available types depend on your plan.
A type-specific form appears. Fill in the URL, menu items, business card details, etc.
Customise colours, dot shape, and corner style. You can also embed a logo image.
Give the QR code a name for your own reference and save. The QR code is active immediately.
Editing a QR code
After logging in, your existing QR codes appear on the dashboard.
Click "Edit" on the QR code you want to update.
Update the URL, menu items, or other content and save. Changes take effect immediately.
The QR code pattern itself does not change. Anything already printed and distributed continues to work.
Checking scan counts
Log in to the dashboard.
Click "Analytics" on the QR code you want to inspect.
Total scans, daily trends, and country breakdown are shown. Starter shows the last 30 days; Business shows the last 90 days.
Changing your plan
After logging in, click "Plans & billing" in the side menu.
Click "Choose this plan" on the plan you want.
Enter your credit card details on Paddle’s secure checkout.
Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
